There have been many times I have turned to Erik for many other personal reasons than health and fitness. Post grad he has inspired me to become a certified personal trainer and even though I’ll never be Erik Hernandez I use his tips, tools and life lessons when I work with clients of my own.     The Hernandez Health and Performance program is just what I needed in my busy schedule. I am a retired athlete, work a full-time job and coach on the side. Fitness is important to me, but I don’t always have time to plan out my workouts every week. Having a specialized strength training plan from Erik (that I can do from home with dumbbells or a kettle bell) makes my life so much easier. 

    The program is simple and easy to understand. It gives me a lot of confidence going into my workouts and there is room to push myself or lay off a little bit depending on how my body feels that day. Either way, I always leave feeling accomplished and confident. I am already seeing a difference, physically and mentally, and I absolutely love and recommend these workouts no matter where you are in your fitness journey.”

  • "After years of playing volleyball at the college and international level, I suffered for years with knee problems, and finding the motivation to get back into weight-lifting was very challenging.
