YOUTH GROUP VIRTUAL TRAINING

  • This program is designed for local youth athletes from 8th to 12th grade, especially busy multi-sport athletes. Focused on teaching the fundamentals for future success, it emphasizes no-gimmick training that delivers real results. Combining speed, conditioning, strength, and recovery, it offers 5 structured workouts a week—3 lifting days and 2 running days—delivered conveniently through the TeamBuildr app. Programs evolve every 3-4 weeks to keep athletes progressing.

  • For just $99/month (less than $5 per workout), you’ll get expert coaching feedback, educational support on lifestyle topics, monthly Q&A videos, and personalized guidance to help you excel both on and off the field.

PERSONALIZED REMOTE PROGRAMMING

  • Work 1-on-1 with me on a comprehensive, full-service program tailored specifically to your goals.
