Erik’s time working at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Arizona State University and Tulsa University, as well as his personal business, has given him the opportunity to work with and alongside some amazing athletes. The experiences he’s gained from a fitness, recovery, and injury standpoint has excelled not only his wealth of knowledge in each individual sport, but has allowed him to create programs that cater to each athlete’s needs both on and off the field. That knowledge is embedded in his programs and gives anyone the opportunity to train and perform like an elite athlete.
